Mary Claps is a Certified Personal Trainer and holds her degree with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Mary received her education and nutrition classes through Harper College and McHenry Community College. Mary has been an athlete all her life competing in gymnastics and volleyball. Mary is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals using fun and creative ways to make exercise a breeze. Mary has experience working with clients of all ages including clients with brain injuries, breast cancer recovery and the senior population. Mary’s number one priority is her client. She is committed to helping her clients stay on track either with weight loss, exercise or post rehab exercise using her positive attitude, incredible work ethic and warm and caring personality. Mary and her family live in the Northern Suburbs. She is an avid volunteer, golfer, and runner who enjoys bike rides down the Illinois Prairie pathway!
