Do I have to purchase any fitness equipment?

We bring all fitness equipment to your home or office. However, if you do own any fitness equipment our staff may incorporate your equipment into your fitness routines.

How much room is needed for a workout?

We have trained our clients in areas as small as studio apartments. Our staff is very creative and we will utilize the space you have to help you work out in the comfort of your home or office.

Can we work out in our yard or nearby park?

Yes we can and it is a wonderful feeling to train outdoors in a park, backyard or even on a beach!

What times do you offer for training sessions?

We have open sessions Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays as well.

What are your fees for your services?

Our one hour In Home Personal Training sessions range from $100.00 to $135.00 per hour depending on location and parking. Group training sessions range from $15.00 to $55.00 per person depending on size of group and location. We accept Credit Card, Check and Zelle Quick Pay as forms of payment.

For the past 23 years, we have made over two thousand donations of $400.00 worth of our services to different organizations in the Chicagoland and Milwaukee areas. We also have had the pleasure of donating our time and talents in regards to on site massage and stretching to local golf outings such as…
