Destination Fitness believes that every person, regardless of their age, race, ability, or inability deserves the chance to experience fitness. With that in mind, we have developed programs geared towards bringing fitness into the lives of the special needs population.
Our Certified Personal Trainers, provide their time and talents to bringing fitness to those who cannot leave their homes or work out in a health club facility.
Our staff has had the pleasure of working with clients who have autism, agoraphobia and panic disorders, Down's syndrome, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), brain trauma, and multiple sclerosis. They will create a program geared towards each individual's needs. There is no greater joy than to see the face of someone who has realized a new accomplishment. No matter how small, the joy in their face is huge!
