Erin has a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Dance, Pedagogy. She has acquired a certification in Exercise Oncology Leadership from Maple Tree Cancer Alliance and is a certified Adaptive Fitness Specialist through Strong Education. Erin has a passion for adaptive exercise and providing an inclusive environment for individuals of all abilities so they can experience the joy and rewards of caring for themselves and pushing themselves, however that may look for them. Erin has worked with clients of various ages and abilities.

Erin grew up immersed in the dance world and loved various styles. She spent some time teaching children dance classes during college. She still enjoys dancing, though she no longer takes formal classes. Through her years in college and post college, she grew to have a desire to one day offer adaptive fitness combined with adaptive dance.

Erin is organized, creative, compassionate, timely, motivated, caring and driven. She enjoys being in the kitchen baking, especially breads, and cooking various nutritious meals. Erin also loves spending time outside hiking, paddleboarding, swimming, or just walking. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Erin lives in the western suburbs with her husband.
