Mark is an Exercise Specialist helping those aged 35 to 90 and over maximize their quality of life. Marks holds his degree in Sports Medicine from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a B.A. in Recreational Administration. He provides a range of fitness services designed to meet the unique needs of active adults. These include testing, personal training, health coaching, presentations, and many other programs for:

Corrective and Functional Exercise Therapy:  These types of exercises will improve your functional ability to perform everyday functions such as:  Sit to stand, Floor to stand, High reach, Agility (from opening jars to getting in and out of cars and navigating your home and yard).

Endurance (gaining the ability to move for longer periods without excessive strain on the heart).

Balance (improving your ability to walk up and down stairs, and navigate sloping grassy areas).

Analysis:  Testing for Posture/Proper Bio-Mechanics, Gait (walking irregularities and balance)

Range of Motion:  Testing for Endurance, Coordination, Use of mobility apparatus (walker, wheelchair, cane)

Fitness Essentials:  Working with Mark will help you learn to live a healthier, more productive life.  People of all fitness levels and ages can benefit from improving their strength, body fat percentage and heart rate.  If you have finished Physical Therapy, Mark can assist you in continuing your exercises in the comfort of your home.
