Sherry has a masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Benedictine University and has been passionately helping others lead happier, healthier lifestyles for over 20 years.  She is also a licensed massage therapist and certified nutrition coach. Sherry has training from the CHEK Institute in corrective exercise and holistic nutrition and is a certified NASM-CPT, as well as NASM-CNC.  She uses various massage modalities and protocols in her work including trigger point therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, Thai stretching, meridian and energy work.

Sherry incorporates every aspect of her extensive wellness background in exercise, massage therapy, and holistic nutrition to develop all-inclusive lifestyle programs forclients. These programs are individually designed to create strength and balance within the body, reduce physiological load (stress), increase energy, boost mental clarity, promote weight loss and maintenance, and increase vitality and quality of life.  She prides herself on an exceptional ability to listen, assess, and determine the best individualized approach to wellness and rehabilitation based on goals and abilities.  It is extremely important to meet a person where they are and progress from there.

Sherry loves spending time in the kitchen finding ways to cook healthy, clean food that also tastes great!  In her free time you will find her spending time outdoors gardening, biking, hiking, swimming, or hanging by the fire pit with her wife, 2 children, and goldendoodle, Lily.  An active lifestyle is a lifelong journey and one she loves to share with family, friends, and clients.
