While we are still offering our amazing In Home Personal Training Sessions to our clients following all CDC guidelines, there are some who may feel more comfortable with a Virtual Training Session due to COVID and health concerns.
Our Virtual Exercise Training uses the Zoom platform. The first step is to call our office and speak with Jill Lindberg, our owner. She will take down your health history and listen to your needs and goals.
At that time, she will also ask what exercise equipment you have on hand. She will then match you with a trainer who will fit your needs and goals. The trainer will then schedule your first Virtual Training Session.
If you would prefer to have one in-home session done first so that the trainer is familiar with what you can and can't do, that would be a very helpful option for all. The Virtual Training option is also offered at a reduced rate as gas and mileage are not added into the session.
