Alessa Tracy
Alessa Tracy earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Grace College before beginning her career in the business world. Although she found success professionally, her passion for health and wellness grew through a deeply personal experience. After living with unexplained autoimmune symptoms that chronically impacted her life for more than five years, Alessa discovered the incredible difference that simple, consistent habits—especially strength training and regular movement—could make. As she regained her health, energy, and confidence, she became inspired to help others experience the same freedom. She became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer to equip others with the knowledge, encouragement, and support they need to build lasting strength.
Alessa understands how discouraging fatigue, limited mobility, and the symptoms of chronic illness can be. She believes that building strength is about much more than exercise—it's about creating the freedom to move well, remain independent, and fully enjoy everyday life. Her goal is to provide hope to every client by meeting them where they are and helping them become stronger, more capable, and more confident through safe, personalized movement. Whether someone is recovering from setbacks, managing chronic conditions, or simply looking to improve their health, Alessa is passionate about helping them discover what their bodies are capable of achieving.
Alessa lives in northern Illinois with her husband and their two young children. She is committed to helping people of all ages build strength that supports a healthier, more active, and more independent life.
